QPR are interested in signing striker Uche Ikpeazu.
According to The Star, Ikpeazu is in discussions for a move to Sheffield Wednesday, but QPR and Huddersfield have also now registered an interest in the 28-year-old.
The former Middlesbrough man is available on a free transfer after he had his contract terminated at Turkish side Konyaspor, following months of unpaid wages.
It is thought that the player would like to return to the UK after a season out in Turkey.
Would Uche Ikpeazu be a good signing?

Ikpeazu first came through at Reading, being a prolific goal scorer for their U21s. He then joined Watford, spending three years at the club, whilst also spending time out on loan at Crewe, Doncaster, Port Vale and Blackpool.
He then joined Cambridge United, before moving to Hearts in 2018 and then Wycombe in 2020 for an undisclosed fee, where he linked up with current QPR manager Gareth Ainsworth.
He then left for Middlesbrough a year later for an undisclosed fee, before joining Cardiff on loan for the second half of the 21/22 season. He then left for Konyaspor that summer on a free transfer after being frozen out at the Riverside.
Ainsworth appears to be keen to work with Ikpeazu once again after a successful season with Wycombe last time out, despite the Chairboys being relegated.
QPR have three current striking options in Scotland international Lyndon Dykes, and youngsters Sinclair Armstrong and Charlie Kelman.
Ikpeazu adds a big physical presence up the top of the pitch, which Ainsworth prefers with his style of play. QPR also lost attacking options in Chris Martin being released and Jamal Lowe heading back to Bournemouth after his loan, so Rangers could use some added depth up top.
